Delivery
We aim to dispatch all items within 5 business days, this is usually much quicker but as we are a small family business sometimes life can get in the way and delay things slightly.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48hr tracked service however please allow between 3 – 5 days from date of postage and up to 2 weeks for the rest of the world.
During holiday seasons the mail can take longer.
If you have not received your item within 21 days, please get in touch so we can help you track your order.
Taxes/Duties
Generally, only goods shipped outside the EC may incur duties or border taxes, though this depends on your country. Paying any levied taxes are the customer’s responsibility — please ring your local advice bureau for more information.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please get in touch within 14 days and we will be happy to help in any way we can.
Products must be unused and in resaleable condition.
Customer to pay return postage.
Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will initiate a return. Please allow at least 5 days from our receipt of the return for the refund to be processed. Money will be sent to your original method of payment. We will email you once your return has been processed.
Damaged goods

A full refund will be issued, including the cost of shipping.
