Occasionally I find myself involved in weird and wonderful art projects with the good people from Sliabh Beagh Arts. Sometimes these involve working with groups of children or it's just myself and arts co-ordinator, Donna Bannon.
One of these projects found me wandering around the countryside searching for dirty, unpainted walls. After the initial awkward moments, complementing complete strangers on the state of their outbuildings, with their permission I created murals by cutting into the ground-in dirt with a powerhose.
Below, you can see some pictures of the powerhose murals / reverse graffiti scattered across farmyards in Co. Fermanagh and Tyrone.
If you head over to the Videos page, you can see some of the powerhose murals in action.
